Our RX-80 Airless Gun Parts List shows 20 parts with numbered callouts. The seal assembly is 0538210 (callout 5), the 7/8 in. diffuser 0538200 (6), the trigger and lock assemblies 0538222 (4) and 0538224 (22), the swivel 0538205 (17), the handle seal 560-038 (20), and the RX-80 gun repair kit 0538215 (23).
Two RX-80 diagram pages
We list two RX-80 diagrams. The RX-80 Airless Gun Parts List shows 20 parts, and the RX-80 Airless Spray Gun page shows 9. Start with the longer list. The short page is a subset of it, and its callouts are numbered differently: the retractor pin is callout 3 on the long list and callout 2 on the short one. Order by the part number, and use the callout to find it on the drawing.
This guide covers the body of the gun. The tip guard, tip seals and tip have their own coverage, so they get one line here: the diagram lists the tip guard 0289228 at callout 8 and tip seals 0297007 and 651-020 at callouts 9 and 10.

On the short diagram page the repair kit has no callout number. Our diagram data does not say what the kit contains, so ask us before you buy if the contents decide it.
Titan's name for the RX-80's packing is the Longer Life Packing Kit. Do not confuse it with Infinity Packing, which is the name Titan uses for the RX-Pro and RX-Apex.

Two trigger and lock assemblies are listed, 0538222 at callout 4 and 0538224 at callout 22. The diagram does not say which one is the two-finger or four-finger trigger, so check against your gun or call us before ordering.

The swivel 0538205 and the handle seal 560-038 also appear on the RX-Pro diagram. That tells you the number is shared, not that the whole gun is interchangeable, so use the RX-80 diagram for an RX-80.
Repair kit versus single parts
The diagram lists the repair kit 0538215. We also list 2440648, an RX-80 repair kit sold unpackaged. We cannot verify the contents of either kit, so we do not list them. A kit makes sense when several parts at the valve end are due together; a single part is the better buy when only one is damaged.
Ordering with confidence
Confirm you have an RX-80 first. Titan sells it as configurations 538005 to 538009, so check which one you own. Our RX-80 guns and accessories page lists the guns we carry. Manuals are on our manuals page.
