The S-3 and S-7 diagrams share most small parts, including the 550-264 packing seal assembly, 550-277 diffuser, 560-038 handle seal and 0502074 trigger assembly. The gun head (0502077 on the S-3, 0502064A on the S-7) and the packing spring (0502054 and 0502055) have different numbers. The S-5 uses its own 520-series numbers.
Three diagrams, two numbering families
The site has a parts diagram for each of the three S-Series guns: the S-3 parts list (16 parts), the S-7 parts list (18 parts) and the S-5 parts list (13 parts). Titan describes the S-Series as its work horse line, with stainless steel construction and fluid passages and a filter built into the handle.
The S-3 and S-7 are numbered the same way, in the 0502xxx and 550-xxx ranges, and many of the numbers are identical. The S-5 is numbered differently, with 520-xxx parts. If you open the wrong diagram first you will see a part list that looks plausible but does not match your gun, so check the model name on your gun before you start.
Parts the S-3 and S-7 share
These part numbers appear on both the S-3 and the S-7 diagrams:

Shared numbers on the two diagrams are useful for the packing seal assembly and diffuser, the parts inside the gun head that you are most likely to replace. They are not a substitute for confirming your own gun: match the callout on the diagram for your model.

Do not swap the head or the spring between the two guns on the strength of the shared numbers above. Order each from the diagram for your own model.
The 661-027 listed on the S-7 diagram is Titan's HP tip guard, which Titan rates up to 7700 psi. The S-3 diagram does not list a tip guard, so if you need one for an S-3, call us with the gun model and we will confirm the match.
S-5 parts
The S-5 diagram has its own numbers. The ones most likely to matter are the 520-023A seal assembly, the 520-048 diffuser assembly and the 520-408 fluid tube assembly. The diagram also shows the 550-223 in-line gun filter, which Titan describes as meant for added filtration or for a gun that has no filter of its own.
Repair kits
The 550-276 gun repair kit appears on both the S-3 and the S-7 diagrams. The 550-275 S-3 gun repair kit is on the S-3 accessories page. Dealer listings for the 550-276 describe it as containing a diffuser o-ring, a 7/8 in. diffuser, a packing seal assembly, packing grease and thread locker. That is a dealer description, not a Titan one, and we have not confirmed what is in the 550-275, so call (713) 931-0006 and ask before you buy if the contents matter.
A kit saves time when the diffuser and the packing seal assembly are both due. If only one is worn, buy that part alone: the 550-264 or the 550-277.
Filters and the manual
Titan lists its unthreaded gun filters as fitting the S-3 and S-7. The colour sets the mesh: green is 30 mesh (581-059), white is 60 (581-060), yellow is 100 (581-062) and red is 150 (581-061). Because the filter sits inside the handle, take the gun apart only as your model's manual describes, and relieve pressure first.
