How the AirCoat 620 Sprayer Is Organized
The Titan AirCoat 620 Air-Assisted Airless Sprayer is a professional pneumatic finishing system engineered to combine the productivity of airless spraying with the superior atomization of air-assisted technology. Powered by compressed air rather than electricity, the sprayer develops high fluid pressure through its air motor and fluid section while introducing regulated assist air at the spray gun to produce a finer, more controlled spray pattern. This combination delivers excellent transfer efficiency, reduced overspray, and premium finish quality for industrial wood finishing, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, metal fabrication, architectural millwork, and other precision coating applications.
The AirCoat 620 is built as an integrated spraying system consisting of several major assemblies that work together to deliver reliable coating performance. These include the air motor, fluid section (pump head), cart assembly, hopper or optional suction set, high-pressure filter, fluid regulator, air control components, spray hose, and AirCoat spray gun. Each assembly performs a dedicated function while contributing to the overall efficiency, pressure stability, and spraying consistency of the complete machine.
During operation, coating is supplied from either the hopper assembly or the optional suction set into the fluid pump. The air motor drives the pump to generate the fluid pressure required for spraying, after which the coating passes through the filtration and regulation system before reaching the AirCoat spray gun. At the gun, controlled assist air further atomizes the coating, producing a smooth, even finish with improved transfer efficiency and reduced material waste compared with conventional airless spraying.
Every assembly within the AirCoat 620 contains precision-engineered components that require periodic inspection and replacement as part of normal maintenance. Valve components, packings, seals, filters, regulators, fittings, hoses, and structural hardware are all subject to wear depending on operating conditions, coating type, and maintenance practices. Replacing worn components before they fail helps maintain spraying consistency, minimizes downtime, and extends the service life of the equipment.
