On the Titan Impact 400 the pump parts are on the Drive Assembly Parts (II) page, not on a page called Fluid Section. That page lists the valve balls, cages, packings and the repacking kits. Controls and motor are on Drive Assembly Parts (I). The skid, cart, suction set and accessories each have their own page.
Impact 400 in brief
The Impact 400 is an electric airless sprayer rated at 0.47 gpm with a maximum tip of 0.021" and 3000 psi (20.7 MPa) maximum pressure. The motor is a 0.75 hp PMDC unit. It comes as a skid model and as a cart model, and the diagrams on this site follow that split. If your sprayer is a Titan Impact 400 you can use every page named here. If it is a different Impact, use that model's pages: a part number can appear on several models' diagrams without the machines being interchangeable.
How the diagram is organised
The 400 has seven diagram pages. The part that surprises people is that there is no page called Fluid Section. The pump parts are on Drive Assembly Parts (II), the biggest page by far.

Impact 400 pump parts
Packings and kits are on the same page. Upper packing 0532914 and lower packing 0532915 can be bought as single parts. Repacking is also sold as kits: 0532911 and 0532921A are repacking kits, 0532922A is a rebuild pump kit, and 0532925 is an inlet pusher kit. Titan does not publish what each kit contains in the sources we use, so confirm the contents with our parts team if you are choosing between them.
Titan's manuals tie the common pump symptoms to these parts. Pulsing at the gun points at worn upper packings. A pump that will not build or hold pressure points at worn packings, worn valve balls, or a worn tip. A pump that will not prime may have a stuck inlet valve, which is what the pusher kit is for. Check the cheap things first, such as the tip and the filters, before you open the pump.
Controls, motor and electrical (Drive Assembly I)
Drive Assembly Parts (I) is the page for what turns the pump. It lists the 9850936 power switch, the 0532812 motor assembly, the 0532326 motor baffle and the 0532208A circuit board assembly. The pressure side is on Drive Assembly (II): the 0532355A pressure control knob and the 0532223A transducer assembly.
Check that the sprayer is plugged in, the breaker has not tripped and the pressure knob is not at minimum before you suspect a part. Titan's Impact manuals list those among the first checks. For anything inside the motor or circuit board, use the manual or a Titan service center rather than guessing with parts.
Skid, cart and suction set
- Skid: 805-342 foot rubber, 805-372 cord holder and 700-1041 drip cup.
- Cart: 0278373 wheel, 9890104 hub cap and 0294534 wheel spacer.
- Suction set: 0558672A is the complete suction set. Its parts are the 700-805 inlet screen filter, the 9871105 O-ring, the 9822526 retaining clip and the 0558659A return tube.
A loose or cracked connection in the suction set lets air in, and Titan's manuals list an air leak at the siphon tube or suction set among the reasons a pump will not prime or hold pressure. Look at the O-ring and clip before you replace anything bigger.
What to buy first
For routine work, start from the accessories page. The 661-020 tip seat and seal kit is a cheap thing to have on hand. 314-480 is the Piston Lube, and 0551509 is the lower seal packing tool, listed for work on the lower seal packing.
