The Impact 340, 400 and 410 all deliver 0.47 gpm and take a 0.021" maximum tip. The 340 and 400 share very similar diagrams and the same repacking kit numbers. The 410 is a different design with its own fluid section page, repacking kit 0552951, mechanical pressure control and a different transducer, so do not order a 410 part from a 340 or 400 page.
Same flow and tip, different machines
These are the three smallest original Impact models, and on paper they look alike. All three are rated for 0.47 gpm with a maximum tip of 0.021". The 340 and 400 are rated at 3000 psi with a 0.75 hp motor. Titan lists the 410 with a 3/4 hp DCX motor. Published pressure figures for the 410 disagree, so this guide does not give one. Check the label or manual for the 410.

Impact X 410 is a separate, newer machine with its own diagram pages. Everything here is about the original 410.
What Titan says about each
For the Impact 410, Titan and our model page list all-metal construction with a stainless steel piston rod and balls, a mechanical pressure control, reversible tungsten carbide seats, Quad+ Packings and a PermaLife Cylinder. Titan describes it as field serviceable and gives a weekly volume of 50-75 gallons.
The Impact 340 is listed with Quad+ Packings and the PermaLife Cylinder. Titan says the PermaLife cylinder never wears, though packings, seats, balls and the piston rod still do. Titan's feature lists for the 340, 400 and 410 do not mention an AutoOiler, so do not expect one.
Diagram differences
- 340: Skid (11 parts), Drive I (15), Drive II (44), Suction Set (11), Main Assembly (2) and Accessories (27). No cart page.
- 400: the same set plus a Cart Assembly page, P/N 0532229A (8 parts). Drive II has 47 parts.
- 410: Stand (11), Cart (4), Drive (25), Motor Assembly (8), Main (16), Suction Set (9) and a separate Fluid Section Assembly page with 39 parts.
The practical difference is where the pump parts sit. On the 340 and 400 they are on Drive Assembly II. On the 410 they are on a Fluid Section Assembly page of their own, and the motor has its own page too.
Pump parts they share
Several pump numbers show up on all three diagrams: 762-145 inlet ball, 50164 outlet ball, 704-703 inlet cage, 0532914 upper packing and 0532915 lower packing. The suction set 0558672A is also on the diagrams for all three. That is as far as this guide goes: the same part number is listed on more than one diagram, which is not a statement that every part interchanges. Confirm fitment for your sprayer by phone.

The packings are the same two numbers, but the repacking kits are not, and neither is the piston. That is why a repair order that starts from the wrong model's page goes wrong at the kit.

Read the model name on the unit
Look for Impact 340, 400 or 410 on the label. Do not guess from the frame or the color. If it says Impact X 410, use the Impact X pages instead.
Open that model's pump page
For the 340 and 400 open Drive Assembly II. For the 410 open Fluid Section Assembly.
