Assembly Overview
How the AirCoat 423 Cart Supports Mobility and Stability
The AirCoat 423 cart assembly provides the structural base, rolling support, and removable handle used to move the sprayer between work areas. Correctly assembled cart components keep the air motor, fluid pump, filter, regulator, and connected hoses supported while reducing unwanted movement during transport.
Titan 0533545 handle assembly slides into Titan 0533546 handle sleeves and is retained with four Titan 0533504 screws and two Titan 0533548 knobs. This arrangement allows the operator to secure the handle while preserving service access around the cart-mounted equipment.
Titan 0533549 cart forms the primary frame. Two Titan 0533550 pins retain two Titan 0533551 wheels on the cart axle. Two Titan 0533552 wheel spacers maintain correct wheel position and help prevent rubbing, side play, uneven wear, or binding.
Two Titan 0533553 plugs close the open lower frame-tube ends, while two Titan 0533619 sleeves protect and finish the upper cart tubes. Missing plugs or sleeves can expose tubing edges to contamination, impact, and moisture.
The cart diagram applies to the AirCoat 423C configuration and shares the listed cart components with the AirCoat 620C. Always match the machine model, cart revision, item number, and exact Titan part number before ordering.
