How the AirCoat 423 Air-Preparation Assembly Works
The Titan AirCoat 423 Automatic Filter, Lubricator, Regulator Assembly prepares compressed air before it reaches the pneumatic motor and control circuits. It filters debris, separates moisture, regulates incoming pressure, and meters AirCare lubrication into the downstream air stream.
Titan 0533125 is the air-regulator body. Its control stack includes Titan 0533555 cap, 0533556 spring, 0533558 regulator stem, and two Titan 0533559 O-rings. Together, these parts set and stabilize incoming air pressure.
Titan 0533557 is the filter element installed inside Titan 0533560 filter bowl. The element captures compressor-borne debris while the bowl collects separated moisture. Titan 0533561 seals the connections between the regulator, connector body, and lubricator sections.
