The automatic lubricator provides lubrication to the air being delivered to the system, protecting the air motor and pneumatic components from wear. The proper flow rate is 1 drop of AirCare™ lubricant per minute, with increased injection rate in humid weather when icing may occur. The lubricator body contains the reservoir and adjusting mechanism. If the lubricator becomes cracked, damaged, or develops leaks, it must be replaced. When servicing the lubricator, use genuine Titan components and Titan AirCare™ lubricant. Do not substitute other lubricants, as they may damage the air motor or seals. Check the lubricant level through the openings in the side of the air motor shroud.
