The PowrCoat 630 is a 30:1 air-powered airless sprayer rated for 3480 psi at a maximum of 116 psi of air, with a 4 in. stroke. Its fluid pump, filter, regulator and lubricator parts are not the same as the 730 to 1072 models, so order from the 630's own diagrams. The site has eight, from air motor to upper shroud.
PowrCoat 630 at a glance
The 630 is the smallest PowrCoat we list. It works like the rest of the family: compressed air drives a motor, the motor strokes a piston pump, and the ratio turns air pressure into fluid pressure. Titan's current PowrCoat series page lists the 730 and larger, but parts and manuals remain available for the 630, and its diagrams are on the site.

30:1 times 116 psi of air gives the 3480 psi rating. Sources disagree on the 630's delivery and motor diameter, so we give neither; read them from your manual.
One buying note. Titan Australia lists the 630 as a spray pack with a hose, gun and tip, while listings in the US are usually the bare cart and wall units. Check what your listing includes before you assume you have a gun and hose.
What Titan says is built in
Titan describes its PowrCoat fluid sections as Severe Service: a piston rod and cylinder with hard-chrome plating, tungsten carbide valve seats with hardened steel check balls, self-adjusting packings, and a piston designed to resist chemicals and solvents. The same description says the series is built for low-VOC, high-solids and abrasive coatings. Those are Titan's claims about the series, and they do not make the pump wear-free: packings and valves still wear, and the piston rod must stay smooth.

The 630 fluid section is its own design
The 730 and 940 use the 185-551 pump, and the 745 and 960 use the 155-559 pump. The 630 uses neither. Its fluid pump page has a parts set of its own, so a packing set or rod from another PowrCoat is not a substitute.

The same page lists the female gland (0533601), male gland (0533604), spring (0533605), gasket, cylinder, retainer, ball cage and ball seat assembly. If you need to reach the fluid section as a unit, the motor pump page lists a packaged fluid section, 0533254. A worn packing shows as leaking at the wet cup or pressure that will not hold, and a ball or seat that does not close shows as pulsing or loss of prime. Follow your manual for the removal steps.
FRL and filter use different parts too
The 730 to 1072 models share an AirCare kit built around the 0533911 5 micron filter. The 630 does not: its filter, lubricator and regulator page lists a 0533569 filter element, a 0533572 filter bowl, a 0533575 lubricator body and a 0533929 regulator relieving kit.
On the fluid side, the high-pressure filter page uses element 0533514, the same number as the 1045 to 1072 pages. We do not give a mesh size for it, because the sources disagree. Check the filter you take out, or call us.
