Each Impact 540 frame has its own diagram page. The high cart page (P/N 805-282A) lists the cart, handle weldment, wheel 0278373 and hub cap 9890104. The low rider page has a different handle, the wheel 0270394 and a drip cup 700-1043. The skid page lists legs, foot rubbers, a cord holder and drip cup 805-343A.
Three configurations, three diagram pages
The original Impact 540 is sold as a skid (805-001), a high cart (805-006) and a low cart (805-003), according to our model page. The frame parts, such as the handle, wheel and drip cup, are on their own pages, separate from the pump and electrical pages.

This page is about the original Impact 540. The Impact X 540I has separate high cart and low cart pages with different part numbers. We do not recommend one configuration over another, and we do not list weights.
To read a diagram page, find the sprayer drawing, locate the numbered callout for the part you want and match it to the list underneath. Some parts appear at more than one callout, because the same part is used in more than one place on the frame.
The high cart (P/N 805-282A)
The high cart page lists 11 parts. The structural ones are the cart itself (805-281, callout 4) and the handle weldment (805-278, callout 1), with a sleeve handle (590-504) and a snap button (9841504) at the handle. The wheel assembly is the wheel (0278373), a wheel spacer (0294534) and a hub cap (9890104), with a screw (856-921) and lock washer (856-002) beside them. Two plugs, 9885571 and 0294635, finish off open tube ends.
High cart parts to know
The low rider
The low rider page lists 16 parts and is not the same as the cart page. It has its own handle weldment (704-309), a cart weldment (0558463), a flat washer (590-506) and roll pin (590-508) at the handle, and a different wheel, 0270394. Do not order the cart wheel 0278373 for a low rider without checking.
The low rider also carries the drip cup (700-1043) and its screw (9805230). It is a separate small part, so you do not need a new frame if only the cup is damaged. The wheel spacer, hub cap, sleeve handle and snap button numbers match the cart page.
The skid
A skid frame has no wheels, so its parts are the feet, legs and cord hardware. The skid page lists the foot rubber (805-342), called out in two places (callouts 5 and 9), so check how many feet your skid is missing. It also lists the cord holder (805-372), the cord wrap screw (700-642) and the drip cup, which has a different number on the skid, 805-343A, than on the low rider.
For the legs, the page lists the individual left leg (805-327) and right leg (805-328), and also the left and right leg assemblies (805-213A and 805-214A). If a leg is bent, tell our parts team what you see and they can confirm whether you need the leg or the assembly.
Small parts that go missing
The same small items turn up on all three frame pages: the plugs 9885571 and 0294635 and the lock washer 856-002. They are small enough to go missing without anyone noticing. The two plug numbers are different parts, so match the one on your page.
A few other mechanical items are on the Main Assembly page rather than a frame page: the pail bracket (704-304), its bolt (710-033), a washer marked cart only (763-552), the hose tie clamp (730-334) and a belly pan (805-489).
The same cart page on the 440, 540 and 640
The site's Cart Assembly page titled P/N 805-282A appears for the Impact 440, 540 and 640, and the 540 and 640 lists match. We say the same cart page is listed for each, not that parts are interchangeable. Confirm with our parts team if you are unsure.
