Impact® 640 The Mid-Range Unit Of Impact Series

Property maintenance, rental, and light commercial applications and is equipped with digital technology for improved efficiency. It is designed to consistently spray 75-100 gallons per week and is recommended for small and medium residential and commercial projects It includes RX-Pro Gun, TR1 517 Tip, and 50 Airless Hose. It can work with sprays stains, lacquers, enamels, latex and other low and medium viscosity coatings.

Quad + Packings: It is designed to wipe abrasive coatings clean during operations preventing damage to the piston or the main sealing lip.

Auto-Oiler with the push of a button you deliver oil from the reservoir directly to the packings.

Sureflo Pusher Valve lets you release a stuck lower ball valve without using a hammer (available on selected units)

DuraLife Brushless HE motor is available in titan impact 640.

Full size manifold filter is present to avoid any shortage of space.

Few painting tips:

 

  • Place the siphon tube into a container of paint.
  • Place the return hose into a metal waste container.
  • Set the pressure to minimum by turning the pressure control knob to the setting.
  • Move the PRIME/SPRAY valve down to the PRIME position.
  • Turn on the sprayer by moving the ON/ OFF switch to the ON position.
  • Allow the sprayer to run until paint is coming through the return hose into the metal waste container.
  • Turn off the sprayer by moving the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position.
  • Remove the return hose from the waste container and place it in its operating position above the container of paint.
  • Move the PRIME/SPRAY valve up to the SPRAY position.
  • Turn on the sprayer.
  • Unlock the gun by turning the gun trigger lock to the unlocked position.
