The Impact 440 is split across eight diagram pages: main assembly, fluid section, drive, suction set, accessories, and the cart, low rider and skid frames. Find the symptom's page first (power and controls on main assembly, pressure on fluid section and suction set), then match the numbered callout to the part number before you order.
Confirm which 440 you have
Several Titan sprayers carry 440 in the name. This guide is for the Impact 440. The Impact X 440 is a newer design with its own diagram pages and different pump, filter and drive parts, so a part from one is not a match for the other. If you are unsure, call (713) 931-0006 with your model and serial number before you open any diagram.

How to read a callout list
- Callout numbers match the picture. Find the part on the drawing, then read its number in the list beside it.
- The same number can appear twice. On the main assembly page, the 700-139 motor baffle screw is listed at callouts 6, 9 and 12, because the same screw is used in several places.
- Variants sit side by side. The main assembly page shows the 805-207A complete pump fluid section at callout 13 and the 805-233A fluid section assembly at 13A. Compare against your old part before you choose.
- Kits and some items have no callout number. The 704-586B repacking kit is listed on the fluid section page without one.
- 'Replaces' notes show the newer number. When a part replaces an older number, the list says so in brackets after the name, for example the 730-508 retainer.
- Fitment text names other models. Many Impact 440 parts also list the 640 or other Impact models on their product pages. That says the same number appears there, not that every part is interchangeable, so check the diagram for your model.
Main assembly: when it will not run
Titan's manuals list the cheap checks before any part: confirm it is plugged in, check the breaker, make sure the pressure knob is not at minimum, and let a hot motor cool. Loose wiring is a service-center job, and the manual points to a defective on/off switch as another cause.
Once those are ruled out, the main assembly page lists the parts. They include the 9850936 power switch, the 704-211A circuit breaker, the 805-354 control knob, the 0508579 potentiometer, the 805-363A power cord assembly and the 805-402A pressure board control assembly.
Fluid section: pressure and prime problems
When the sprayer runs but will not build or hold pressure, the manuals send you to the cheap items first: an air leak, a clogged filter or inlet screen, or a worn tip. Only after those do they point inside the fluid section, to worn or dirty packings and worn valve balls. Pulsing at the gun points to worn upper packings, and a leak at the top of the fluid section points to loose fittings, worn packings or balls, or worn seats that can be reversed or replaced.
On the diagram, the valve parts are the 762-145 inlet valve ball and 762-137 foot valve seat, the 50164 outlet valve ball and 704-558 outlet valve seat. The 805-216A inlet valve pusher assembly is the part behind a stuck inlet valve. The 704-586B repacking kit is the packing kit on this page, and the 805-846 inlet valve kit and 805-845 outlet valve kit list the Impact 440 among their fitments.
Suction set: when it will not prime
The manuals' no-prime list begins with the PRIME/SPRAY valve left in SPRAY. After that come a stuck inlet valve, an air leak at the siphon tube or suction set, which you tighten or re-tape with PTFE tape, and a clogged pump filter, inlet screen, siphon tube or suction set. The suction set page covers the last group: the 0558672A suction set assembly, the 700-805 inlet screen filter and the O-rings and clips that seal it. The 710-046 inlet screen is on the main assembly page, so look at both.
Drive and frame
Drive parts are rarely the first suspect. Before you order, confirm the electrical checks above. The page then lists the 805-204A main housing assembly, 0508208 slider assembly, 704-173A crankshaft/gear assembly, 0558373A motor replacement assembly and 805-272 motor brush kit. We have no service interval for any of them, so replace on symptoms.
Frame parts depend on which 440 you own. Look at yours and pick the cart, low rider or skid page. They share a few small parts, such as the 0294635 plug, but each has its own handle and leg or drip cup parts.
