Three sizes come up most. Titan lists S-7 and M-8 guns with either a 1/4 in. or 3/8 in. inlet, so check which one you have. Titan's gun extensions and anti-spit valve fit 7/8 in. thread guns. Tip guards use a G thread. A part that threads on can still be the wrong rating, so confirm before ordering.
Why sizes matter
Airless guns look alike from a distance, but the sizes at each connection are not the same on every model. Two things can go wrong when you order by guesswork: the part may not thread on, or it may thread on but be rated below the rest of your system. This guide covers the sizes Titan and our diagrams actually state. Where a size is not documented we say so rather than guess, and where it matters, a call to (713) 931-0006 with your gun model is faster than returning a part.
Inlet and swivel sizes
Two Titan guns come in a choice of inlet size. Before you buy a gun or a replacement swivel, find out which version you own, because the hose end on the other version will not match.

Titan's M-8 page lists 2425442 as the M-8 with the 3/8 in. inlet fitting, while our site prints that number under the plain name Swivel. Call us to confirm exactly what 2425442 is before you order it. The S-5 inlet size is not verified.
Titan does not give the swivel size for the RX-Pro, so we do not list one. The RX-80 and RX-Pro diagram lists show a swivel (0538205), and our product listing describes it as for the RX-80 and RX-Pro, but check the thread against your own gun's manual.
High-pressure swivel
Titan sells a separate high-pressure swivel that goes between the hose and the gun. Titan's page gives it a 5000 psi (34.5 MPa) rating and a 1/4 in. NPS thread, and says it decreases resistance while spraying and reduces hose kinking. Titan also lists a swivel head, rated 3600 psi (24.8 MPa), that rotates 260 degrees. We do not list part numbers for the high-pressure swivel here because they are not on our diagrams, so ask us if you want one. Whichever swivel you choose, its rating counts toward the lowest-rated part in the system, as covered below.
7/8 in. thread guns
Titan's reach tools use a 7/8 in. thread. Its aluminum gun extensions, in 5, 10, 20 and 30 in. lengths, have a standard 7/8 in. thread and are rated 3600 psi (24.8 MPa). The High Pressure Gun Extension in 10, 20 and 30 in. lengths is alloy steel, rated 7500 psi (53.1 MPa), and fits guns with a 7/8 in. thread. The Anti-Spit Valve fits 7/8 in. G thread reach tools, works from a minimum of 1500 psi (10.3 MPa) to a maximum of 3600 psi, and shuts the fluid off at the tip.
Our site lists gun extensions 2418850, 2418851 and 2418852 in 10, 20 and 30 in. lengths, plus the anti-spit valve 2460751. Check the listing's fitment note and call us if your gun is not named.
Tip guards
The 0289228 tip guard is listed on our site as G-thread. Titan's tip guard page says the universal fitting matches most industry-standard guns, which is a statement about most guns, not all. It rates 0289228 up to 5000 psi (34.5 MPa), and the 661-027 HP guard up to 7700 psi (53 MPa). The full set is on the Tip Guards page.
Rating still applies
Never run any component above the lowest working-pressure rating in the system, and that includes hose, gun, tip guard, fittings and reach tools. A 7/8 in. thread that fits is not a reason to assume the rating fits too. Take a gun rated for 7700 psi (53.1 MPa) fitted with an aluminum extension rated 3600 psi (24.8 MPa): the limit for that setup is the extension. Always check the rating printed on each part before you spray.
Identify the gun
Read the model and part number on the gun, and note whether it is the 1/4 in. or 3/8 in. version if it has a choice.
Match the thread
Compare the thread size on the new part's listing with your gun's, using the table above and your manual.
Compare the ratings
Write down the rating of the new part and of your hose and sprayer, and keep the lowest in mind.
