Each Titan gun family has its own kit: 0538215 for the RX-80, 0538221 ball valve kit for the RX-Pro and RX-Apex, 0538253 for RX-Apex needle valve packing, 550-276 for the S-3 and S-7, and 2348175 for the M-4 and M-8. Kit numbers are not interchangeable, so match yours on the gun's own diagram.
Kit or single parts
A repair kit makes sense when a gun has several tired parts at once, because one order covers the set and you open the gun once. A single part is the better choice when you know which item has failed, such as a leaking tip seal. The gun's diagram lists both, so you can see what a kit replaces and what it leaves alone before you decide.
One caution applies to everything below. Titan does not publish the contents of most of these kits, and neither do we. Where a kit's contents are known from a source, we say where. Where they are not, we say so, and a call to (713) 931-0006 will confirm what is in a kit before you buy.

Contents for 550-276 come from dealer listings, not Titan. Treat that list as a guide and confirm before ordering.
RX guns
The RX-80 has its own repair kit, 0538215, and an unpackaged version, 2440648. Titan does not publish what is inside either, so compare the diagram's callouts with the parts you suspect before choosing a kit over single parts. The RX-80 diagram also lists the seal assembly, diffuser, trigger and lock assemblies and tip seals one by one.
For the RX-Pro, the kit that matters most is the ball valve kit. Titan's manual says that a gun that leaks or spits at the tip after the trigger is released needs its ball valve replaced in the packing seal assembly and the seat reversed in the diffuser, with the ball valve kit 0538221 listed for it. The packing seal assembly itself wears less often. The RX-Apex lists the same 0538221 along with seat 594-033 and gasket 594-006, and also lists 0538253, a full needle valve packing kit that carries Titan's Infinity Packing name.
S-Series
S-3 and S-7 owners should look at 550-276, which sits on both gun diagrams. Dealer listings describe it as a diffuser O-ring, a 7/8 in. diffuser, a packing seal assembly, packing grease and thread locker. The S-3 accessories page also lists 550-275 as an S-3 repair kit. We cannot tell you how the two differ, so confirm with us before you order the one you need.
The S-5 is older and its numbers are different. The 520-025 rebuilding kit is listed as aftermarket from Bedford, so it is not a Titan OEM kit, and the S-3 and S-7 kit is not listed as a substitute for it.
M-Series
The M-4 and M-8 share one diagram and one kit, 2348175. The same parts list shows the trigger, housing, handle sealing washer, filter housing and tip guards, so you can replace a single item if that is all that is worn. Titan does not publish the kit's contents.
Maxum guns
The Maxum HVLP guns have their own kits, and the contents of the Titan Maxum II Standard Maintenance Kit are published: #2 and #4 projector sets, a gun wrench, six check valve seals, needle packing, a replacement check valve assembly, a cup gasket and an air plug. - Read the gun model on the gun itself, then open that model's diagram page.
- Find the kit or single part in the diagram and match its number on the product page.
- If the kit's contents are not listed and the part matters, call (713) 931-0006 with the gun model before ordering.
- Keep the old parts until the new ones are fitted, so you can compare them.
