A PowrBeast 7700's wear parts are in the 0537256 fluid section: the 138-153A Repacking Kit, packing springs 142-004 and 142-003, and the valve seats and balls. After those come the filters (930-050 service kit, 451-220 hydraulic filter). The gas and 230V 7700 share the diagram pages, so skip parts marked electric on a gas unit.
The 7700 diagram pages
The gas 7700 and the 7700 230V share their diagram pages; the page addresses carry both names. That means a page can show parts for the electric version. This guide flags those as 230V items. The pages are:

Fluid section wear parts
The fluid section is where paint meets moving parts, so it holds most of the wear. Packings seal the rod; the valves, a seat and a ball at each end of the stroke, decide whether the pump holds and delivers pressure. Worn packings show as leaking at the wet cup, paint in the wet cup, or pressure that will not hold. A worn valve seat or ball shows as pulsing, lost pressure or a pump that will not prime. These are the 7700 numbers, which differ from the 4700's:

The page also lists the 0537908 major and 0537907 minor service kits, the 236-050 outlet valve assembly and the 451-133A foot valve assembly. We do not list what is inside a kit, so confirm the contents with our parts team before you buy. Titan publishes no service life for these parts, and the fluid section removal procedure is in your manual.
Filters and hydraulic parts
Blocked filters cause pressure loss, pulsing and spitting, so they come before the pump on any check. The 7700's high-pressure filter page lists the 930-050 filter service kit, the 930-006 manifold filter along with the 930-005 and 930-007 versions, the 930-020 spring and the 920-006 and 920-070 gaskets. Match the manifold filter number to the one you take out.
On the oil side, the Hydraulic System page lists the 451-220 hydraulic filter and the 0537358B hydraulic fluid dipstick, along with the 0537225A tank, the suction hose 0537367, the pressure hose 0537368 and the case drain hose 420-251. Use the hydraulic fluid your manual specifies. We do not publish a tank capacity or change interval because published sources disagree.
Main assembly items
- 0537468A top shroud and 0537469A bottom shroud. Titan describes a fan and shroud moving air over warm areas, so replace a damaged one.
- 0537305B pressure control knob, with the 0537554 knob adapter, on Main Assembly I.
- 0537222A PCB board assembly and the 2301766 control lamp, both on Main Assembly I.
- 0537212A motor / pump assembly and the 0537256 fluid section assembly, also on Main Assembly I.
Some items on these pages are for the 230V version only. The 9953704 on/off switch is listed for the 7700 230V, the 0537477 belt is described as a DC electric belt, and the 0537249 electric motor tray assembly is named electric. On a gas unit, skip them. If the gas engine part you need is not clearly on a 7700 page, call (713) 931-0006 with your serial number before ordering.
Cart parts
The Cart Assembly page lists the 0537200A frame, the 0537201A handle and the small items that hold the handle together: the 590-504 sleeve handle, 590-508 roll pin and 9841504 snap button. The 670-109 wheel is on Main Assembly II, with the 590-100 retaining ring and the 295687 wheel spacer.
