The gas PowrBeast 4700 is listed at 1.6 gpm and 3300 psi (22.8 MPa) with a Honda GX160 (160 cc) engine. Listed maximum tips run 0.041" with one gun down to 0.019" with four. The engine is part 730-163 on the 4700/4700T Main Assembly II diagram, and the fluid section is 0537255.
The headline numbers
The gas 4700 is a hydraulic-drive, direct immersion airless sprayer. A Honda engine turns the hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic side strokes the piston in the fluid section. Titan no longer lists the gas models on its current US product menu, so these figures come from Titan's PowrBeast series page and from dealer listings that reproduce Titan's spec block. We do not list engine horsepower or sprayer weight here. Published sources disagree on weight, so check the data plate or your manual.
Titan describes the 4700 with what it calls HydraStroke Technology, which it explains as digitally driven hydraulics with one moving part and no clutch to burn out. It also describes a Severe Service fluid section with a long, slow-stroking piston that is field serviceable. On the gas models Titan mentions a low-oil alert on the Honda engine. The sprayer rolls on 12" pneumatic tires with a telescoping handle.
Tip sizes by number of guns
Delivery is shared. The more guns you run off one pump, the smaller each gun's tip has to be, which is why the listing is a table and not a single number. These are the maximum tips listed for the gas 4700. They come from this site's product page and dealer listings, so treat them as listed figures and confirm against your manual.

Sources do not agree on how many guns the 4700 supports, so this guide does not state a limit. Confirm in your manual before running more than one gun.
A worn tip passes more coating than its stamped size, so the table is a maximum for a new tip, not a licence to run a tip until it has opened up. When the pattern turns coarse or streaky and pressure drops, fit a new tip. The 661-020 tip seat and seal kit is listed on the 4700/4700T Accessories page.
Compared with the electric 4700
The electric 4700 is the same sprayer with a different power end. Listed at 1.1 gpm against 1.6 gpm for the gas model, it has the same 3300 psi rating and the same 0537255 fluid section. Its listed maximum tips are smaller: 0.033" with one gun, 0.023" with two and 0.019" with three. If your work is mostly one gun and an outlet is always within reach, the electric unit's numbers may be enough. If you need the extra delivery or you work away from power, the gas unit's table is the one to read.
Engine-side parts on the diagrams
Gas and electric 4700s share a diagram set titled 4700/4700T, so a page can show parts for both power types side by side. The Main Assembly II page lists the Honda engine and, on the same page, the electric motor assembly, transformer and motor tray. Pick the engine and ignore the 120V parts. The Main Assembly I page covers the motor and pump assembly, the shrouds and the motor cover.
Engine-side parts for a gas 4700
Titan says the shroud and fan are there to keep the unit cooler, so replace a cracked or missing shroud instead of running without it. The Main Assembly II page also lists the 590-100 retaining ring and the 295687 wheel spacer that go with the wheel.
Engine care
The Honda is a Honda product. Its oil type, oil quantity, spark plug and service schedule are in the Honda owner's manual, and we do not publish them here because we do not have them for this unit. The sprayer's own manual covers the hydraulic side, the pressure relief procedure and troubleshooting. Both are worth having. The Titan manuals are on our manuals page.
