On a PowrBeast 4700, check the cheap consumables first: the tip and its seat and seal kit, the gun filter and the manifold filter. Then the fluid section packings and valves (106-002A repacking set, foot valve seat 762-137 and ball 138-340), then the hydraulic filter 451-220. Shrouds, wheels and cart parts are last.
How the 4700 diagrams are organised
The 4700 and 4700T share one diagram set, and every page is titled 4700/4700T. There is one set for gas and electric units, so a page can show parts for both power types. Here is where each kind of part lives:

Check these first: filters and tip
Most spray problems come from the low-cost wear parts, so check them before you open the pump. A tip that has worn has a wider orifice, so pressure falls and the pattern turns coarse or streaky. A partly blocked filter causes pressure loss, pulsing and spitting. Clean the filters after every job; replace one that will not come clean.
- 661-020 tip seat and seal kit (5 pack), listed on the Accessories page.
- 0089959 gun filter, 100 mesh, yellow, and 0089957 coarse green 2-pack, both on the Accessories page.
- 930-005, 930-006 and 930-007 manifold filters. The Accessories and High Pressure Filter pages list them under the same name, so check the number on the filter you take out.
- 930-050 filter service kit, on the High Pressure Filter page, with the 930-020 compression spring and the 920-006 and 920-070 gaskets for the same assembly.
Never run a hose, gun or fitting that is rated below the sprayer's 3300 psi. The 0291006 hose (3300 PSI, 50' x 3/8") and the 316-506 whip hose are both on the Accessories page.
Fluid section wear parts
Packings seal the piston rod; the wet cup holds the lubricant that keeps them from drying and scoring. Worn packings show as leaking at the wet cup, paint in the wet cup, or pressure that will not hold. The inlet and outlet valves, a seat and a ball each, wear and cause pulsing, lost pressure or failure to prime. The 4700 numbers differ from the 7700 and 9700, so use the 4700 page:
4700 fluid section parts to know
The page also lists the 0537917 major and the 0537905 and 0537916 minor service kits and the 0537255 fluid section assembly. Titan does not publish a service life for any of these, so replace on symptoms and inspection and follow your manual for removal.
Hydraulic side
The 4700 is hydraulic-drive, so the oil side matters as much as the paint side. The 451-220 hydraulic filter and the 0537358B hydraulic fluid dipstick are on the Hydraulic System page, together with the 0537225A tank assembly, the 537351 pump, the suction and pressure hoses and the case drain hose. Titan's Coolflo is its hydraulic fluid for sealed hydraulic sprayers, and your manual names the fluid to use; check the fluid and filter against it. We do not publish a change interval or tank capacity because published sources disagree.
The 0537207A solenoid assembly is listed on the Hydraulic System, Main Assembly II and Solenoid Assembly pages, and its parts are broken out separately on the Solenoid page: coil 0537910, block 0537915 and mounting plate 0537424. The Hydraulic Motor page lists the piston, piston seal and wear rings, which are internal parts for an inspection, not a first guess.
Shrouds, wheels and cart
These are the parts that take knocks on a job site. Titan describes a fan and shroud that move air over warm areas of the unit, so replace a damaged shroud instead of running without it.
- 0537468A top shroud and 0537469A bottom shroud, on Main Assembly I and II. The 0537359 motor cover and the 2301766 control lamp are on Main Assembly I.
- 670-109 wheel, with the 590-100 retaining ring and the 295687 wheel spacer on Main Assembly II.
- 0537200A frame and 0537201A handle on the Cart page, with the sleeve handle, roll pin and snap button.

Match the page to the symptom
Pattern or pressure problems start at the tip and filters, then the fluid section. Oil-side problems start at the Hydraulic System page.
Use the callout number
Find the numbered callout on the diagram and add that part. Where a page shows gas and electric parts together, take the one for your power end.
Check the manual for procedure
Removal and pressure relief are in the manual on our manuals page. Relieve pressure first, since fluid injected through the skin is a medical emergency.
