NEW PRODUCTS FOR MARCH - CAPSPRAY 95 HVLP SPRAY SYSTEM
The Capspray 95 is a powerful and versatile 4-stage turbine-driven HVLP (High Volume / Low Pressure) sprayer designed for a wide variety of coatings from ultra-thin stains to heavy latex paints.
If the sprayer shows symptoms like inconsistent spray pattern, frequent clogging, leaks, or difficulty maintaining airflow or pressure, components in the Main Assembly such as seals, knobs, or connection fittings may be worn and require replacement.
A weak airflow, overheating, unusual noise, or the turbine shutting down unexpectedly often indicates issues with turbine filters, turbine motor components, or internal cooling parts. Replacing clogged filters or worn turbine components typically resolves this.
The Upper Housing should be inspected if you notice cracks, loose mounting points, broken latches, or reduced stability around the turbine area. Damage to the housing can affect cooling airflow and the structural integrity of the system.
Damage to the Lower Housing can affect the base stability, mounting of the turbine, and the flow of cooling air. Cracked or warped lower housing parts may also expose internal electronics or wiring, leading to operational issues or safety risks.
A general recommendation is to inspect all assemblies every 50–75 hours of use. Turbine assembly parts should be checked more frequently after every major job, while housing parts, seals, and mechanical components can be inspected during routine cleaning and maintenance of the sprayer.
