NEW PRODUCTS FOR FEBRUARY - ELITE 3500
The Elite 3500 is a gas-powered, airless, high-pressure paint sprayer designed for contractors and professionals needing a rugged, reliable sprayer for small to medium-sized projects. Built around Titan’s proven hydraulic “PermaStroke” pump system, the Elite 3500 delivers consistent pressure and smooth paint flow with minimal maintenance and is backed by a lifetime warranty on the fluid pump.
Ideal for spraying a wide range of coatings from latex to enamels, stains, lacquers, primers, and sealers, the Elite 3500 gives you the power and flexibility to handle exterior/interior painting, maintenance jobs, and light commercial coatings with confidence.
It ships complete (for example, High-Rider model 537012) with everything you need to start: a spray gun (RX-Pro), a reversible tip, and 1/4" × 50' airless hose.
The Elite 3500 is well-suited for:
The Elite 3500 Cart Assembly Model 0537013 is specifically designed for the Titan Elite 3500 Airless Sprayer. You can confirm compatibility by checking your sprayer’s model number or referencing your original parts manual. If your unit is labeled “Elite 3500,” this cart assembly will be the proper replacement.
Because coatings (especially thicker or abrasive materials) are abrasive, typical wear “hot spots” are the inlet and outlet valves, as well as seals and O-rings. If you notice performance loss, poor suction, or erratic pressure, that’s usually a sign that valves or seals may be worn.
Not at all, the Elite 3500 is designed to be field-serviceable. According to the service manual, outlet/inlet valves are “cartridge-style” and can be changed out in less than 5 minutes using common tools. However, some parts (like the pressure control valve) may need to be serviced by an authorized service center.
First, stop and relieve pressure as per safety procedures. Then inspect the inlet and outlet valves and seals: worn or damaged valves/ seals are a common cause of suction or pressure issues. Replace them if worn. Also, check filters for clogs and ensure O-rings/seals are intact.
The pusher stem assembly is a critical internal component of the sprayer’s fluid-pump system: it pushes the inlet valve, helping to draw paint into the pump and maintain proper fluid flow and pressure.
