The electric side of a PowrTwin
Every PowrTwin Plus is a hydraulic-drive sprayer, and the drive can be a gas engine or an electric motor. Titan lists a 2 HP TEFC DC motor on its electric models, and a Convertokit swaps gas for electric. The electric parts are not on a diagram of their own in the Plus range. They appear in the accessories pages: 4900 Plus, 8900 Plus and 12000 Plus. The electric parts on those three pages are the same set of part numbers.
Switch and circuit breaker
Titan's Plus manual describes what to do after an overload: turn off, relieve pressure, wait about 30 minutes and push in the manual reset button. The part listed as the circuit breaker reset is 978-040. If the sprayer trips repeatedly, check the supply first. The manuals call for a 20 amp outlet and, for any extension cord, only a grounded 3-wire #12 cord.
Motor fan and fan guard
Two fan cover guard numbers are listed, 506-259 and 0290954, and the site's fitment notes for the two differ. Do not guess between them. Call us with your model and serial number and we will confirm which one your motor takes.
Rectifier, brush cover and handle

- 335-017 electric Convertokit handle and 590-068 black grip handle.
Titan's Plus manual says the optional 120V motor brushes are replaced when worn to less than 1/2 inch, and both at once. The brush kit itself is not listed on our site, so for brushes call (713) 931-0006. The brush cover is the part you can order from the accessories pages.
Convertokits and other pieces
The complete electric kit is a Convertokit. The 6900 Plus main assembly page lists the DC electric Convertokit 0290321A (230V), and the accessories pages list a pulley (977-227), a motor mounting weldment plate (0290558) and a hose assembly (103-817). The gas side of the swap is on the gas Convertokit pages, so check the type before you order.
