Titan lists the electric 6900 Plus DI at 1.25 gpm with a 2 HP DC motor and up to three guns. The manuals call for a 20 amp outlet, the sprayer within 10 to 15 feet of it and, if you need an extension cord, only a grounded 3-wire #12 cord. After an overload, relieve pressure, wait about 30 minutes and press the reset button.
What Titan lists for the electric 6900 Plus DI
The electric 6900 Plus DI is the electric version of the 6900 Plus DI. Like every PowrTwin, it is a hydraulic-drive piston sprayer, but here the power comes from an electric motor rather than a gas engine. Titan's manual says a PowrTwin can run on gas or electric power, and the two are swapped with a Convertokit. On our site the complete electric sprayer is 0290029, and the gas version is 0290021X and 0290021.

We leave out maximum pressure and tip sizes for the 6900 here because Titan's product pages and its 2012 manuals disagree. Check your manual.
The electric model gives up flow compared with the gas version, and the gas figures for the 6900 are not given here for the same reason. If you are deciding between power types, the gas-or-electric guide covers it. This page assumes you already have the electric sprayer.
Power supply and extension cords
Both the Plus and DI manuals agree on the supply. The sprayer needs a 20 amp service outlet. Put the sprayer within 10 to 15 feet of the outlet, with a short cord, and use a long paint hose to reach the work. If you do need an extension cord, use only a grounded 3-wire #12 cord. A thinner cord can drop the voltage, and Titan's troubleshooting table lists low voltage on electric models as a cause of low pressure at the gun.

If the sprayer shuts off on overload
Titan's Plus manual gives the overload procedure for electric models: turn the sprayer off, relieve pressure, wait about 30 minutes, then push in the manual reset button. If it trips again, check the supply against the list above and the troubleshooting table in your manual, or call us.
Where the parts are
The main assembly page for this sprayer, 6900 Plus DI main assembly, lists two DC electric Convertokits: 0290321A (230V) and 0528612A (400V). It also lists the motor pump assembly, belt, belt guard and cart. The electrical small parts are listed on the accessories pages: the circuit breaker reset 978-040 and the ON/OFF switch 506-260 appear in Titan's DI manual accessories list. Titan's manual also recommends Coolflo (430-361) as the mandatory hydraulic fluid for these sprayers. An electric model uses the same hydraulic fluid as a gas one, so the daily dipstick check applies here as well.
