The classic CapSpray line is four electric HVLP turbine sprayers: the 75 (3-stage, 7.5 psi), 95 (4-stage, 9.5 psi), 105 (5-stage, 10.5 psi) and 115 (6-stage, 11.5 psi). More stages means more air pressure. The 75 and 95 ship with a Maxum II gun, the 105 and 115 with a Maxum Elite, and each model has its own parts diagrams.
One idea, four turbines
Every classic CapSpray works the same way. A corded electric turbine makes the atomizing air, an air hose carries it to a spray gun, and a cup on the gun holds the coating. There is no fluid pump and no high fluid pressure, which makes this an HVLP fine-finish system and not an airless one. It is the tool for stains, clear coats, enamels, varnishes and latex on cabinets, furniture and trim.
What changes from model to model is the turbine. Titan names the sprayers by stage count in its specifications, and the maximum air pressure rises with it: 7.5 psi on the 75, 9.5 psi on the 95, 10.5 psi on the 105 and 11.5 psi on the 115. The model numbers line up with those pressures. Titan does not state a naming rule, so treat that as a handy pattern and not an official definition.

Titan no longer lists a product page for the 75, so its figures come from dealer listings. The 105 also has a 230V version, listed by Titan under its own part number. Check the nameplate and your owner's manual for anything not shown here.
The 95, 105 and 115 complete units are on the site as 0524032, 0524033 and 0524034. A pro (projector) set is a needle, fluid nozzle and air cap, and a larger number means a larger nozzle opening. The box contents differ by model, so check which set you actually have before buying a replacement.
What the extra stages do for coatings
Titan describes the 95 as a versatile 4-stage unit that applies a wide range of coatings, from ultra-thin stains to heavy latex paint. It describes the 105 and 115 as able to atomize thick latex or solvent-based paints, enamels and varnishes with little or no thinning. That wording is Titan's. It puts the 105 and 115 at the thicker-coating end of the line, and the manual for your model is the final word on thinning.

What every CapSpray has in common
- High transfer efficiency, which Titan states as up to 90%.
- An automotive-type air filter that gives clean atomizing air and a consistent fan pattern, plus a pre-filter on both the atomizing-air and cooling-air sides.
- A dirty-filter warning light on the front panel.
- An onboard toolbox for needles, nozzles, air caps and the nozzle wrench, and a built-in gun and cup holder.
- Sound reduction technology.
Because the housings are built alike, the diagrams look alike too. The pre-filter kit 0524526A and the motor brush kit 0277243 appear on all four models' diagrams. Do not assume a part on one model fits another because the name matches; open the diagram for the model you own.
The X series in one paragraph
The CapSpray X models (X 95, X 105 and X 115) keep the same stage counts and add the CapLiner System, which lets the gun spray from a disposable-liner cup at any angle. The X 115 also adds WhisperTech, which idles the turbine quietly between trigger pulls, and Variable Pressure Control. They have their own diagrams, starting at the X series parts page.

Each of the four models has the same four diagram pages: Main Assembly, Turbine Assembly, Upper Housing and Lower Housing. Start from the CapSpray Series page, pick your model, then the assembly that holds the part.
- Main Assembly holds the filter cans, silencers, sealing foam, exhaust ring, viscosity cup and the guns. Examples: 95 Main Assembly and 115 Main Assembly.
- Turbine Assembly holds the turbine itself, the brush kit, seals and spacers. Example: 75 Turbine Assembly, which lists the 3-stage turbine 0524288A.
- Upper Housing holds the on/off switch, circuit breaker kit, air flow switch, warning light and toolbox.
- Lower Housing holds the power cord, exhaust hose and feet.
