Every CapSpray ships as a turbine, an air hose, a Maxum gun with a cup and one or more pro sets. Per Titan, the 95 has a 30 ft hose, a Maxum II and a #3 set. The 105 and 115 add a 5 ft whip hose and a Maxum Elite. The X models ship a Maxum II with a CapLiner System. The 75 figures come from dealer listings.
A CapSpray is sold as a system rather than a single tool. Titan packs the turbine, an air hose, a Maxum gun with its cup and a pro set (the needle, fluid nozzle and air cap that suit that gun) in one box, and the contents change from model to model. Knowing what shipped with yours matters the day a hose cracks or you want a second nozzle size, because the right replacement depends on which gun and which hose you actually have. This guide uses Titan's published figures and says so where a figure comes only from dealer listings.

Titan no longer lists a product page for the CapSpray 75, so its row comes from dealer listings that agree with each other. Titan also lists a 230V CapSpray 105, part no. 276047, with the same specs. Check any row against your own manual.
The complete 105 the site sells is 0524033, CapSpray 105 With Maxum Elite Gun, and the 95 is 0524032. The 115 is 0524034.
Reading the table: stages and pressure
Stage count and maximum air pressure rise together from the 75 to the 115, and the model numbers line up with the pressure figures: 7.5, 9.5, 10.5 and 11.5 psi. Titan does not call that a naming rule, so treat it as a pattern in the spec sheets and not a formula. The X line repeats the 95, 105 and 115 turbines at the same pressures.
How Titan describes the step up is more useful than the numbers. The 95 is pitched at everything from very thin stains to heavy latex. The 105 and the 115 are described as able to atomize thick latex, solvent-based paints, enamels and varnishes with little or no thinning. The X 95 is called an entry level unit for clear fine finishes and tub refinishing.
The 115 also has a two-speed switch. Its manual describes high as full power and low as reduced, four-stage power, with low suited to lighter-bodied material and a note to use the lowest speed that works to save seal life. The X 115 swaps the switch for a Variable Pressure Control dial that Titan gives as a 4.5 to 11.5 psi range.
Hose and cord
The 95, 105, 115 and all three X models come with a 30 ft air hose; the 105 and 115 (and the X 105 and X 115) add a 5 ft whip hose. Dealers list the 75 with a 25 ft hose. Titan's manuals run the air hose from the turbine outlet to the gun inlet and warn never to connect the short whip hose straight to the turbine, because it will be damaged. We are not giving a maximum hose length, because Titan's pages do not publish one. Use the hose supplied and follow your manual.
If a hose needs replacing, take it from your own model's Main Assembly page. The 0277337 30 ft flex hose assembly and the 0524405A whip hose both appear on the 105 and 115 Main Assembly diagrams.
The power cord is the part the box lists do not spell out. The manuals say to plug into a grounded 3-slot receptacle. If you need an extension cord, they recommend a heavy one, 12 gauge, no longer than 100 ft, and outdoor cords marked W-A. That is from the manuals only, so check yours. The cord on the unit is the 0524592 power cord assembly, shown on the Lower Housing pages.
The gun and pro set that come with it
Per Titan, the 75 and 95 come with a Maxum II and the 105 and 115 with a Maxum Elite. The X models come with a Maxum II fitted for the CapLiner System. This post only names the guns. It does not rank them. The pro set is the part that changes the spray: a needle, a fluid nozzle and an air cap, where a larger set number means a larger nozzle opening. Titan numbers the sets for each gun separately, so match a set to your gun's name and do not assume one fits both.
The site carries two Maxum Elite sets, 0524293 (#2) and 0524295 (#4), plus the 0524284A #4 needle assembly. For any other set number, call with your gun name.
What to add or replace first
- Filters. 0524526A pre filter kit, 0524523A air filter (pleated) and 0524528A turbine motor air filter sit on the Main Assembly pages. Titan's own accessory page names 0524528A the pleated filter, while our diagrams use the names above, so confirm on the diagram or by phone. Titan's manuals say clogged filters cause excess heat and can damage the turbine.
- Viscosity cup. 0153165 is on the 95, 105 and 115 Main Assembly pages. The manual's chart tells you how to use it.
- A second pro set for the gun you own, from the Maxum Elite numbers above.
- The 2 quart remote cup. 0524203 turns a CapSpray into a higher-capacity sprayer without a compressor, per Titan. Titan lists it for the 75, 95, 105 and 115, but our catalog says 105 and 115 only, so confirm fitment by phone.
