The Titan ProMark is a two-component, cold-applied MMA line striper that Titan says works with a 1:1 or a 98:2 mixing ratio. It is not the ProMark II, an older airless striper. The site's ProMark II diagrams and parts belong to that older machine and should not be ordered for an MMA ProMark.
Two Titan line stripers carry almost the same name, and they are different machines. The ProMark applies two-component, cold-applied MMA markings. The ProMark II is an older airless line striper. Mixing them up is the most common way to order the wrong part, so this guide separates them first and then shows where the site's parts are.
What the Titan ProMark is
The ProMark is Titan's two-component, cold-applied line striper. MMA stands for methyl methacrylate, the chemistry behind this kind of marking material. Cold-applied means the material is mixed and sprayed without being heated, which is the main difference from a thermoplastic handliner such as the ThermoMark. Two-component means the material is supplied as two parts that are combined before it cures.
Titan positions the machine for work such as parking lots and athletic fields. Trade coverage of the ProMark says MMA markings last 3 to 5 times longer than traditional striping. Treat that as the claim it is: it is a statement made about MMA markings in general, and the real service life of any line depends on the surface, the traffic and the material, so ask the material supplier rather than relying on a multiplier.
1:1 and 98:2 mixing ratios
Titan states that the ProMark works with either a 1:1 or a 98:2 mixing ratio. Those two ratios describe how much of each component goes into the mix, and the one you use is set by the marking material you buy, not by the striper. This guide does not say which products use which ratio, because that belongs to the material maker's data sheet.
One practical rule applies to any two-component coating. Titan's manuals for its hydraulic sprayers tell the operator that fast-drying and two-component coatings must be rinsed out within their processing time. A two-component material left in a pump, hose or gun past that point cures there. Check the material's data sheet for its processing time before you start, and plan the flush before the first line is sprayed.

If the manual or the tag on your striper says ProMark II, the diagrams below apply to you. If it is the MMA ProMark, they do not.
The distinction matters because the ProMark II parts on this site are airless pump parts: a piston rod, valve balls and seats, seals and a manifold filter. They make sense on an airless fluid section. They do not describe the mixing, metering and bead system of a two-component MMA machine, and no part on this page should be ordered for one.
