The Titan Impact 640 delivers up to 0.70 gpm at up to 3300 psi with a maximum tip of 0.027" for one gun. Titan lists a 1.55 hp brushless motor and a weekly volume of 75-100 gallons. Titan gives a 300 foot maximum hose and a 5,000 watt generator with idle-down disabled. The 640I and 640IA add IntelliSync and carry the same numbers.
What the 640 is
The Impact 640 is the mid-range electric piston-pump airless sprayer in Titan's original Impact line, sitting between the 540 (0.60 gpm) and the 740 (0.80 gpm). Titan lists it for residential, property maintenance, rental and light commercial work, and for stains, lacquers, enamels, latex and other low and medium viscosity coatings.
It comes in the original 640 and in two IntelliSync versions, the 640I and the 640IA. Titan gives the I and IA the same delivery, tip and pressure numbers as the 640. The 640 diagram pages on our site carry fitment notes for "I and IA" units.

Hose and generator figures are the ones published for the 640 on our model page and in Titan's Impact 640 manual. We do not give weights.
Titan's weekly volume is a recommendation for how much a sprayer is designed to spray in a week, not a hard limit. If you regularly spray more than that, the next size up is worth a look. The 0.027" figure is the largest tip for one gun, so pick a tip for the coating rather than defaulting to the maximum.
What ships with the 640I and 640IA
Titan's page for the 640I and 640IA lists an RX-Pro gun, a 517 tip and a 1/4" x 50' airless hose with the sprayer. We have not seen a package list for the original 640 that we can quote, so check what came with yours. Features Titan lists
- Quad+ Packings, which Titan calls self-adjusting.
- PermaLife Cylinder, which Titan says never wears and never needs replacing. Packings, seats, balls and the piston rod still wear.
- AutoOiler, a button that delivers oil from the reservoir to the packings.
- Sureflo Pusher Valve, which releases a stuck inlet ball without tools.
- Electronic Pressure Control with Rapid Clean, which Titan says speeds up flushing.
- Full-size manifold filter, the 60 mesh 730-067.
The IntelliSync models add a Bluetooth link to Titan's MyTitan app. Titan lists DigiTrac diagnostics against the 640I and ActivGuard GPS tracking, which needs a subscription, against the 640IA. Our 805-401 Digi-Trac display is also on the original 640's Main Assembly page, so the display is not exclusive to IntelliSync models.

The 640 has eight diagram pages. The pump end holds most of what wears:
