CLEANING AIRLESS SPRAY GUN

You need to clean the spray gun after every use.

1. Clean airless spray gun with a suitable cleaning agent.
2. Rinse a tip from top to bottom with suitable cleaning agent so that no covering material dreg remains.
3. Carefully tidy the outer side of the airless spray gun.

INTAKE FILTER IN AIRLESS SPRAY GUN

1. Unclip the uppermost part of the trigger guard from the gun top.
2. Utilizing the lowermost part of the trigger guard as a pull, untie and remove the handle assembly from the gun top.
3. Draw the former filter out of the spray gun head. Clean it or change.
4. Put the fresh filter, narrow end first, into the spray gun head.
5. String the handle assembly into the spray gun top. Make tighter with the trigger pull.
6. Quickly put the trigger guard back on top of the spray gun head.

CLEANING THE HIGH-PRESSURE FILTER

1. Move the pressure control handle right to left to least possible pressure.
2. Unlock the relief valve. Its position should be PRIME (k circulation).

4. Unbolt the filter housing with a strap pull.
5. Turning left to right, take off the filter from the pump manifold.

8. Turning anticlockwise, fasten the fresh or washed filter into the pump manifold.
9. Fix in filter housing and stiffen it beyond what many would consider possible with the belt wrench.
