The gas PowrBeast 7700 is listed at 2.0 gpm and 3300 psi (22.8 MPa) with a Honda GX200 (200 cc) engine and up to four guns. The listed maximum tip falls from 0.047" with one gun to 0.023" with four. Its fluid section is 0537256, with the 138-153A Repacking Kit.
The headline numbers
The 7700 is the middle PowrBeast: a hydraulic-drive, direct immersion airless sprayer for large projects and heavy coatings. Titan's current US menu no longer lists the PowrBeast gas models by name, so the figures below come from Titan's PowrBeast series page and from several dealer listings that reproduce Titan's spec block, where they agree. This guide gives no weight, engine horsepower or weekly paint volume, because published sources disagree on all three. Check the data plate or your manual.
This is the gas 7700 only. The 230V electric 7700 has its own figures, including a smaller delivery and an electric motor in place of the Honda, so do not carry numbers across between the two.
Maximum tip size by number of guns
One pump feeds every gun you connect, so the maximum tip shrinks as you add guns. The 7700's listed maximums are below. The one-gun figure appears as 0.047" at one dealer and as a typo (.47") at another, so we use 0.047", which also fits the pattern of the other three.

These are ceilings for a new tip. Pick the tip for the coating first; thicker coatings generally need larger orifices, finer finishes smaller ones.
Two practical points follow from the table. First, if you plan to run several guns, buy tips for the gun count you actually use, not the one-gun figure. Second, every gun, hose and fitting you add has to be rated for the system pressure. The accessories page for the 7700 lists a 3300 PSI hose, 50' x 3/8" (0291006) and a 3300 PSI whip hose (316-506). Both are marked for the full system pressure.
Features Titan lists
- HydraStroke Technology. Titan calls it digitally driven hydraulics with one moving part, which it says reduces heat and extends life, and which lets the sprayer run heavy and light bodied coatings without a clutch to burn out.
- Severe Service fluid section. A long, slow-stroking piston that is field serviceable and easy to remove and replace.
- Cooling. A fan and shroud move air over the warm areas, and the hydraulic tank is a radiator-style active cooling tank.
- Service access. A simplified pump assembly with the motor and pump assembly mounted at the front.
- Submersed foot valve. Listed as maximizing suction on heavy, graded materials.
- Carrying and moving. 12" pneumatic tires, a telescoping handle, built-in lift handles and a 5 gallon bucket holder, according to retailer copy of Titan's text.
What the 7700 is recommended for
Titan's text for the 7700 recommends it for large projects or heavy coatings and lists stains, lacquers, epoxies, enamels, elastomeric, latex, dry fall and block fillers. It is a list of coating types, not a promise that every product in each type will run on every tip, so check the coating maker's data sheet for tip size and thinning limits.

Diagram pages for the 7700
The 7700 diagram pages are shared between the gas and the 230V models, so a page can include parts for the electric version. For example, Main Assembly I lists an on/off switch and a DC electric belt that belong to the 230V unit. If you own the gas model, those are not your parts.
