The original Titan Impact 540 delivers up to 0.60 gpm at up to 3300 psi through a tip up to 0.024" with one gun. Titan lists a 1.2 hp brushless motor, a 300 foot maximum hose length and a 5,000 watt generator with the idle-down feature disabled. It comes as a skid, a high cart and a low cart. The Impact X 540I is a different machine.
Where the 540 sits in the Impact line
The Impact 540 is the middle step between the Impact 440 (0.54 gpm, 0.023" tip) and the Impact 640 (0.70 gpm, 0.027" tip). Titan lists it for residential, municipal, property maintenance and small commercial work. It is an electric piston-pump airless sprayer on 120 V power.

Figures are the ones published on Titan's pages and in Titan's Impact manual excerpts, and they agree across the sources we checked. We do not give a weight or a weekly spray volume for the 540 because our sources for those do not agree or rest on a single listing.
The maximum tip size is the number to plan around. Delivery is how much fluid the pump can move, and the tip orifice decides how much of it leaves the gun. A tip larger than the sprayer's rating asks the pump for more than it has, so pressure drops and the fan turns coarse. Thicker coatings need a larger orifice and fine finishes a smaller one, so match the tip to the coating and stay at or under 0.024".
Power, hose and generator
Titan states a 300 foot maximum hose length for the 540. More hose means more resistance for the pump to push through. If you need reach, add hose only up to that limit and keep every piece rated for the sprayer's 3300 psi. The 50 foot airless hose on the 540 accessories page is 316-505, and the 5 foot whip hose listed there is 316-506, described as 3300 PSI.
For generator use, Titan's guidance for the 540 is a 5,000 watt generator with the idle-down feature disabled. We repeat that as Titan states it. We have no figure for how a smaller generator behaves, so if yours is smaller or you are unsure how to disable idle-down, check the manual for your sprayer or ask our parts team.
Features Titan lists for the 540
Titan's feature list for the Impact 540 includes the following. Each one maps to parts you can order, which is why they matter when something wears:
- Quad+ Packings. Titan calls them self-adjusting and says they wipe abrasive coatings clean during operation. They are still wear parts, so they appear in the repacking kit on the fluid section page.
- PermaLife Cylinder. Titan says it never wears and never needs replacing. That covers the cylinder only; packings, seats, balls and the piston rod still wear.
- AutoOiler. A button that delivers oil from a reservoir to the packings. The face plate sits on the Main Assembly page.
- Sureflo Pusher Valve. Releases a stuck inlet ball without tools. The pusher assemblies are listed on the Fluid Section page.
- Electronic Pressure Control with Rapid Clean, which Titan says speeds up flushing and clean-up.

Skid, high cart and low cart
The 540 is sold in three frames. Our model page lists the skid as 805-001, the high cart as 805-006 and the low cart as 805-003. Each frame has its own diagram page for its handle, wheel and leg hardware.

The fluid section is where most of the wear shows up. The diagram lists the inlet valve kit 805-846 and outlet valve kit 805-845 there, plus the piston rod, balls, seats and the 704-586B repacking kit. The diagram lists the same ball and seat O-ring numbers on the 440 and 640 fluid section pages (762-145 inlet ball, 50164 outlet ball, 762-058 seat O-ring), so a number that works on one page shows up on the others, but confirm fitment against your own sprayer before you buy.
