C.A. TECH CP-L300C Spray Gun
C.A. TECHNOLOGIES LYNX 300C FINE-FINISH SMART PACK
C.A. Technologies CP-L300C Lynx 300C Conventional Spray Gun Smart Pack combines a production-grade fine-finish gun with 0.8, 1.3, and 1.6 mm needle/nozzle setups, two air caps, service tools, and portable packaging for professional wood, automotive, and industrial coating applications.
CP-L300C is manufactured by C.A. Technologies, not Titan Tool. The Lynx 300C uses stainless-steel fluid passages and C.A. Technologies' 12-point plenum for fine conventional atomization. This Smart Pack does not include a pressure cup, allowing shops to connect a suitable existing pressure or siphon-feed material supply.

|---|---|
| Product Overview | CP-L300C is the Smart Pack configuration of the C.A. Technologies Lynx 300C fine-finish conventional spray gun. The package includes the L300C gun, three needle/nozzle setups in 0.8, 1.3 and 1.6 mm sizes, two air caps and gun service tools. It is the no-pressure-cup configuration of the L300C package family. |
| Function | The Lynx 300C uses compressed air for conventional atomization while coating enters through its 3/8-inch NPS male fluid inlet from a compatible pressure or siphon-feed source. Fluid output can be matched through proper orifice selection and fine-tuned with the fluid-control knob, while fan width is independently adjustable. Its 12-point plenum distributes atomizing air around the material stream for fine, uniform particle formation. |
| Industrial Applications | C.A. Technologies designs the Lynx 300C for production fine finishing, specifically identifying wood, automotive and other fine-finish applications. With the correct fluid and air-cap configuration, the platform can be used for stains, dyes, lacquers, enamels, sealers, primers, automotive base coats, epoxies, urethanes, clear finishes and other compatible professional coatings. |
| Accurate Compatible Titan Machines | CP-L300C is manufactured by C.A. Technologies and is not a model-specific Titan replacement spray gun. No verified direct fitment to a particular Titan airless or turbine sprayer is established. The L300C requires an appropriate compressed-air supply and compatible pressure or siphon fluid source, so system compatibility should be determined by air demand, fluid-feed arrangement, fittings and coating requirements rather than Titan machine model alone. |
| Accurate Part Number | C.A. Technologies CP-L300C. This SKU identifies the Lynx 300C Smart Pack without a pressure cup. Related packages are CP-L300C-303R2, which adds a regulated 1-quart aluminum pressure cup, and CP-L300C-PPSR2, which adds a regulated 3M PPS pressure-cup system. These are distinct package configurations and should not be interchanged in product listings. |
| Compatible Parts & Assemblies | The Smart Pack includes 0.8, 1.3 and 1.6 mm needle/nozzle configurations plus two air caps. The broader Lynx 300C family supports application-matched conventional fluid nozzle and air-cap combinations, including 0.8, 1.0, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.6 mm fluid-nozzle sizes. The correct needle, nozzle and air cap should be treated as a matched atomization setup for the material being sprayed. |
| Related Parts Commonly Serviced Together | When atomization, spray-pattern quality or fluid shutoff changes, inspect the installed needle, fluid nozzle and air cap together. Other service points include the air-cap retaining assembly, fan control, fluid-control assembly, self-adjusting needle packing, air-valve packing, trigger and air-adjustment components. The fluid hose, pressure cup or pressure tank and regulator should also be inspected when inconsistent material delivery is present. |
| Common Problems Solved | The three included fluid configurations allow finishers to adapt the L300C to different material viscosities instead of forcing a single nozzle to cover every coating. C.A. Technologies' 12-point plenum is designed to create smaller, more uniform material particles for an even, smooth finish, while separate fan and fluid controls allow the operator to fine-tune pattern width and output for the workpiece. |
| Use with Coating Systems | Use with clean, dry and properly regulated compressed air plus a compatible pressurized fluid supply or siphon cup. C.A. Technologies lists approximately 10.3 CFM at 45 PSI for the Lynx 300C, although exact operating pressure can vary with air-cap configuration and application. Select the fluid nozzle and air cap according to coating viscosity, desired output and finish quality, then fine-tune material and fan controls at the gun. |
| OEM & Brand Information | CP-L300C is manufactured by C.A. Technologies, not Titan Tool. The Lynx 300C is a conventional fine-finish spray gun with stainless-steel fluid passages, self-adjusting needle and air-valve packing, an air-adjusting valve and rugged lightweight construction. Manufacturer specifications identify a 1/4-inch NPS male air inlet, 3/8-inch NPS male fluid inlet and approximately 20-ounce gun weight. |
| Commercial Benefits | CP-L300C gives professional finishers the core Lynx 300C gun and multiple atomization setups without requiring purchase of another pressure cup when an appropriate fluid-delivery system is already available. Three included needle/nozzle sizes, two air caps, stainless-steel fluid passages and fine conventional atomization make the Smart Pack a flexible choice for production wood, automotive and industrial finishing. |
Contractor Selection Insight
Choose CP-L300C when you already own a suitable pressure cup, pressure tank or compatible siphon-feed system and want the Lynx 300C without paying for another material container. The included 0.8, 1.3 and 1.6 mm setups make the Smart Pack especially useful for shops moving between thin stains and more substantial finishing materials. Remember that this is a conventional spray gun, not HVLP, so compressor and booth requirements should be planned accordingly.
