The 930-920 filter body is a direct replacement component for an extensive range of PowrLiner, PowrTex, and PowrTwin equipment including PowrLiner 4000, 4900 XLT, 4900, 5000, 6000, 6900 XLT SP, 6900 XLT, 8900 XLT SP, 8900 XLT, 8900; PowrTex 6900SF/12000SV (including 0528919D); and numerous PowrTwin models (4900 XLT, 4900GH, 6900 XLT DI, 6900 XLT, 6900GH, 8900GH, 12000 GHD, 12000 XLT DI, 12000 XLT, 12000GH, 12000GHD, TM 8900 XLT). This filter body houses the filter element in the fluid system, typically located between the pump and the spray gun or at the pump inlet. Its primary function is to contain the filter under pressure, directing all fluid through the filter media to trap contaminants before they can reach sensitive components such as valves, tips, and pumps. The body is designed with inlet and outlet ports and sealing surfaces to prevent leaks. A cracked, damaged, or corroded body can cause fluid leaks, loss of pressure, and allow unfiltered material to bypass the filter, leading to clogs and component damage. This replacement body is manufactured to exact specifications for thread fit, sealing, and pressure rating. Installation requires transferring the filter element and any seals from the old body.
