The 761-715 tungsten carbide ball is a direct replacement check valve component for PowrTwin 12000GHD, 12000GH, 12000 GHD, 8900GH, 6900GH, 4900GH, and PowrLiner 8900 and 4900 equipment. This precision-ground 1/4 inch ball is used in check valve assemblies where extreme wear resistance is required. Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest materials used in valve applications, offering exceptional resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and deformation. It is ideal for applications involving abrasive fluids, high pressures, or frequent cycling. The ball seats against a valve seat to prevent backflow during the pressure stroke and lifts during the intake stroke to allow material flow.
