Titan 2420803 Fluid Section Service kit (PTFE, Leather) is a specialized maintenance kit designed for the Titan Hydra-X 7230 high-pressure airless sprayer.

 This kit facilitates the conversion of the fluid section from a PTFE-only configuration to a leather/PTFE configuration, enhancing durability and performance, especially when spraying heavy-bodied coatings.​

According to Titan's service manual, the 2420803 kit includes:​

• Female Gland: Part number 533662

• Leather and PTFE Packing: Leather (4 pieces) and PTFE (10 pieces)

• Seals and O-Rings: Various sizes to ensure a tight seal

• Loctite Compounds: Loctite 426-051 and 2420713 for thread locking and sealing
