Paint Strainer Filter for SprayTech Hydrax Series Equipment
The SprayTech 2404794 Paint Strainer Filter is designed to remove debris and contaminants from coating materials before they enter the sprayer system. On compatible units such as the Hydrax 4540 through 7230 models, this filter plays a critical role in maintaining clean fluid flow and protecting internal components from damage caused by particles. By capturing impurities before they reach sensitive parts of the system, the strainer helps prevent clogs, reduces wear, and supports consistent spray performance. Clean material flow is essential for achieving uniform spray patterns and avoiding interruptions during operation. Over time, filters can become clogged with debris, restricting flow and reducing efficiency. This can lead to pressure fluctuations, inconsistent output, or increased strain on the system. Replacing the paint strainer filter restores proper filtration, improves flow consistency, and helps maintain reliable performance in both standard and demanding applications.
A clogged or damaged filter may result in restricted flow, poor spray quality, or increased system wear. Replacing this component helps ensure proper filtration and smooth operation.
