The 2393043 Inlet Valve is a direct replacement for worn inlet valves on compatible Titan sprayers. Before replacement, perform the pressure relief procedure. Use a 30 mm wrench to loosen the housing with light hammer blows, then screw out the housing with the inlet valve from the paint section. Remove the clasp with a screwdriver, then carefully turn out the inlet valve. Clean the valve seat thoroughly and inspect the seals for damage. Install the new inlet valve, secure it with the clasp, and ensure the black seals are properly seated in both the trigger housing and the paint section. Tighten the trigger housing to approximately 90 Nm. If performance issues persist after cleaning, the inlet valve should be replaced.
