Titan 145-031 is an OEM PTFE (Teflon) O-ring that serves as a critical sealing component in the fluid section of professional Titan sprayers. This precision-molded seal is used in multiple locations within the pump assembly, including as the upper and lower cylinder seal, where it prevents fluid bypass and maintains system pressure under high-pressure operation. PTFE construction provides excellent chemical resistance to solvents, abrasive materials, and the demanding coatings used in professional spraying. Official Titan service documentation specifies the 145-031 as the Teflon O-ring that must be removed and replaced during fluid section service, with lubrication required during installation to prevent rolling or pinching.
