Titan 0516761 Prime Spray Valve Assembly is an OEM replacement part designed for Titan and Wagner sprayers. 

This assembly controls the flow of paint during priming and spraying operations, ensuring efficient performance of your equipment. Over time, normal wear and tear can cause the prime spray valve to feel loose or become stuck in either the "Prime" or "Spray" mode. Replacing this component can restore proper functionality and extend the lifespan of your sprayer.

Titan  0516761 Prime Spray Valve Assembly is compatible with a wide range of sprayer models, including but not limited to: Titan 1420, 1620, 1920, XT250, Wagner 404+, 833, 834, 844, 505, 3566, 847, 4785, 9140, 9150, 9170, 9190, 1700, 1900, 9210, 9250, EP2105, EP2205, 965, 945 and more.

The newer 90-degree prime spray valve kit replaces older "set screw" style assemblies, offering improved durability and ease of use. The kit includes all necessary components for installation: seat, Stem/Ball Assembly, Spring, Star Washer, Hex Nut, Cam, Knob and Two Retaining Clips.​
