The 0093635 outlet ball is a precision spherical component used in the outlet valve assembly of compatible sprayer pumps. It is specifically designed for use with HVLP Airspray ProFinish AS1130; SprayTech AirCoat; SprayTech ED655 Plus; SprayTech ED655; and SprayTech ED1075 models. This ball works in conjunction with a valve seat to create a one-way check valve. During the pressure stroke, fluid forces the ball off the seat, allowing flow out of the pump. When pressure equalizes or reverses, the ball is pushed back against the seat by spring force and back pressure, creating a seal that prevents fluid from flowing back into the pump. The ball is manufactured to precise tolerances from a hard, wear-resistant material such as ceramic, carbide, or hardened steel to withstand the repeated impact and abrasive nature of paints.
